Having recently been appointed by DFL, our busy H&V team have been working on phase 1 of an M&E project in 7-11 Herbrand Street, London.

Situated in Holborn, the iconic art deco building was formally owned by The Daimler Company, a luxury British motor vehicle manufacturer founded in 1896. During their ownership, the curved area of this impressive building was used to drive new cars down to awaiting customers who had ordered one of the prestigious Daimler cars.

This project is currently a work in progress and our experienced operatives have been making excellent advances towards the phase 1 deadline. As part of the electrical requirements, we are in the process of completing an important power install within the open-plan office space, and additionally we will be relocating the lighting and associated lighting control. Meanwhile, our mechanical experts are relocating the existing chilled beam installation to suit the requirements of the newly designed office space.
