As Principal Contractor on this project, we were responsible for undertaking a full refurbishment and remodelling of the industrial London site, completely transforming a 38,000 sq.ft warehouse into an impressive storage and office facility.

Upon assessing the original abandoned site, the team discovered that it was covered in undesirable graffiti and certain areas had suffered extensive damage and the building was generally run down.

Enablement works included clearing 1,100m2 of asbestos sheeting in the initial strip out together with removing 1,960m2 of existing mezzanine.

Additional works included:

• Installing a new insulated roof with rooflights
• Renewing external cladding, windows, roller shutters and remodelling the entrance
• Complete fit-out of office space
• Refurbishment of WC area
• Complete renewal of all MEP services
