Saxon Way Project Expansion
In March, we announced that we had been appointed to work on the Saxon Way industrial refurbishment project based in West Drayton, London.
Having successfully completed the original remodelling project in May, Kennedy Wilson made the decision to further procure our services, requesting that we complete an overhaul of pre-existing external facades and resurface the internal warehouse floor.
The existing 600m2 flooring was diamond grinded before being carefully prepped and covered in two coats of Flowcrete Flowcoat SF41 epoxy high build. Following this, the team have carefully installed new cladding to the low-level ancillary office block, using a combination of trapezoidal 32/1000 reverse and Kingspan Micro-rib 73mm Quadcore panels. These works have resulted in the industrial unit having a more modern appearance.
With both of these additional orders placed at the end of July, we are now only a little over a week away from completion. A huge well done to our dedicated team who have worked tirelessly to ensure this project is delivered on time and within budget.
