Works Underway for Southend Warehouse
Our H&V projects team are very excited to see the start of this long awaited design and build programme in Southend, Essex.
Following the successful delivery of our Higham’s Park warehouse remodelling in April 2022, we were appointed to deliver this construction as Principal Contractor, and have since been engaging with the client and design teams from feasibility, through design and full planning stages.
With planning approved, we are now mobilising the demolition phase of this impressive new warehouse project, starting on site next week.
Our own experienced in-house professionals have been closely collaborating with a full multi-disciplined delivery team, including BREEAM Assessors, Ecologists, Arboculturists, Acoustic Consultants, Architects and specialist Engineers.
When complete, the 14,700 sqft detached wholesale warehouse facility will feature:
Ground and First floor offices
26 parking spaces
10m to haunch with maximised racking
Roller shutter
Photovoltaic (PV) panels
Electric vehicle (EV) charging
