Victoria House is a listed building on Southampton Row in the heart of London.

H&V undertook the electrical fit-out of levels 4 & 5. These works included a new LV sub-main infrastructure, installation of a full underfloor floor box and grommet system, a full DALI lighting system and an EMS system. We also undertook the supply and installation of the disabled toilet alarm system.

We procured all materials including the back of house lighting and employed specialists in lighting control (CP Electronics) and the EMS system (Auto meters).

The building consists of both open plan and cellular office space which is managed by the LABs group and there are also open plan lounge areas and two reception areas.

Working under the main contractor (TSK), the project was successfully delivered and handed over through a difficult working period, during the Covid-19 pandemic
