H&V are pleased to have been appointed by Limana Properties and CKW Surveyors to carry out a series of works to New Hereford House, a residential property situated in the heart of London.

Located on Park Street, the impressive property contains a variety of impressive apartments and communal areas which feature grand lightwells, a prominent architectural element allowing natural light to enter the interior space.

Lightwells can be tricky to access, however our competent team will utilise an abseiling technique, to efficiently carry out the replacement of external boiler flues, and external redecorations and repairs to all elevations of internal lightwells.

Our skilled team will also be required to assemble a substantial scaffold and hoist erection to the front elevation of the building, to gain access to the 7th floor. Once the scaffolding has been successfully completed, additional works will include:

• Replacement of flat roof coverings
• Replacement of internal boiler flues to apartments
• Internal lighting replacement to communal areas

The apartments will be partially occupied whilst works are undertaken, however this is no challenge for H&V who have extensive experience with working in live environments. The team will carry out the project strategically to ensure little disruption is caused.
