H&V have successfully completed the renewal of the East block roof at Bromley College as part of a major refurbishment project for LSEC (London Southeast Colleges). Bromley College is a new client and Rider Levett Bucknall are a new consultant for us to work with and we are delighted that they are pleased with the end result. We began work at the end of June and were completed in October.

Chris McCarthy delivered the project as projects manager and it was overseen on site by Ross Owen. Works consisted of 1000m2 of new, insulated flat roof which was positioned over laboratories and classrooms. This included the installation of 178 Nr. Solar PV Panels, new steelwork plant platform and isolating/re-siting various mechanical equipment.

The project was completed on time and within budget.
