We are pleased to be confirmed as the Principal Contractor of choice for a £1.4 million project, to remodel an industrial unit in Highams Park London. Kennedy Wilson appointed us just before Christmas and works are programmed to be completed in May 2022. The project includes substantial removal of asbestos, general strip out and refurbishment of internal core areas, as well as the complete renewal of the fabric envelope - including roof, wall cladding and window and door renewals.
