Highams Park – The Final Result
The Highams Park project is now complete, and having started works back in January, we have been tirelessly working away to completely transform the 38,000sqf warehouse into an impressive office space for our client, Kennedy Wilson.
Upon assessing the original abandoned site, the team discovered that it was covered in undesirable graffiti and certain areas had suffered extensive damage.
Initial works included clearing 1,100m2 of asbestos sheeting in the initial strip out, and removing 1,960m2 of existing mezzanine. Many months of hard work have gone into the final result, and we have been responsible for all aspects of the project including:
• Installing a core insulated roof
• Fitting new rooflights, external cladding, windows, doors, and roller shutters
• Complete fit-out of office space
• Refurbishment of WC area
Despite many challenges caused by the UK weather, including high winds earlier this year and the recent extreme temperatures, our hardworking and experienced team have successfully delivered this project, producing a high-quality end result.
