Progress at Higham Park Project
H&V have spent the last few months working hard to make significant progress on this warehouse refurbishment at Higham Park. As Principal Contractor on the project, we are undertaking a full refurbishment and remodelling of the industrial London site.
Since the initial appointment in December 2021, we have successfully removed a significant amount of unwanted asbestos and stripped out a 2000m² mezzanine.
Last week, our focus shifted to the external areas of the site, as our skilled team spent time recladding both the walls and the roof of the warehouse.
Working closely with our client, Kennedy Wilson, the H&V team have recently designed a computer-generated image (CGI) revealing what the unit will look like upon completion.
The client has been impressed with the work carried out so far and our efficient team are on track to meet the project deadline in May.
