We are delighted to have been appointed by Burlington Estates to undertake the full design and build of a replacement heating plant, including both hot and cold-water systems, within Block 10 of Ashley Gardens, London.

Situated in the heart of Westminster, the private residential property consists of 32 No. flats alongside a variety of large communal areas for residents. The impressive nine storey mansion block is believed to date from the 1930s, containing many original period features.

Our skilled team will be carrying out following project works:

• Full detailed design
• Supply and installation of a new heating plant
• Supply and installation of a new hot water plant
• Supply and installation of a new cold-water Plant
• New plant room distribution pipework, pumps, etc
• Thermal insulation
• Gas modifications
• New boiler flue system
• New controls
• New small power and lighting
• Full testing and commissioning

The multiphase project will be carried out across the whole property, with the heating and hot water plant located within the basement, whilst the plantroom and cold-water storage is positioned at roof level.

Throughout the works, the building will be fully occupied by the residents, which will be no challenge for the H&V team who have extensive experience with working in live environments. The team will strategically phase installation of the new plant alongside the existing plant, whilst conscientiously implementing a series of planned changeovers.
