Saxon Way Industrial Refurbishment Awarded to H&V
H&V have recently been appointed by Kennedy Wilson to undertake the full remodelling and refurbishment of an end of terrace industrial unit, located in Saxon Way, West Drayton.
Our experienced fit-out team have been mobilising the project since the beginning of March, with the extensive works package including a roof renewal and installation of new windows and a sectional roller shutter.
We will next be carrying out the complete office-fit out to the unit, getting it ready for the next incoming tenant.
The remodelling of unit 16 is due to be completed at the end of May and our hardworking teams are making good progress towards the deadline.
