Works Commence at WaNaHong East Village
Following the success of a previous project delivered together earlier this year, H&V are pleased to have been appointed again by Main Contractor David Flynn Ltd., to work on another M&E project in London.
The essential works are being carried out within the East Village residential area of the Olympic Park in Stratford, where the first UK WaNaHong store is currently being developed. Established in 2018, the market-leading oriental supermarket supplies over 1,000 types of popular Asian foods and is opening the flagship store having previously provided an online-only service.
We have been appointed to carry out a full M&E fit-out on a design and build basis, carefully stripping out the entire unit before installing new integral systems throughout; including, lighting, power supplies, and completing an overhaul of the existing, outdated fan coil system.
Our expert team will also be responsible for building a new toilet block - a necessary facility for future staff and customers who will occupy the premises.
With works set to be completed by Christmas 2022, our efficient teams have already begun working on the site and we look forward to providing you with future updates as the project progresses.
