This project was based in the London Fire Brigade Head Office at Union Street, London.

Having passed its life cycle. the main male/female shower and changing facility was entirely stripped out to shell and core and replaced with new fittings, cubicles and finishes, including associated services.

The building and adjacent locker rooms were in full occupation.

The works consisted of:

• Complete strip-out of all fixtures, fittings and localised services
• New raised access flooring complete with vinyl floor coverings
• New suspended/plasterboard ceilings together with dry lining
• Wall finishes including wall tiling and decorations
• Coloured glass cubicles, lockers and benching
• Linear drainage
• Shower controls, localised ventilation adaptations and sanitaryware replacement
• Lighting and fire alarm adaptations
• General fixtures and fittings including mirrors, clothing rails and hairdryers
