London Borough of Brent employed our services to completely refurbish the male/female showers and changing area to Vale Farm Swimming Pool Complex and the works were carried out in phases enabling changing facilities to be maintained.

The swimming pool and adjacent areas were operational whilst works were completed and due consideration had to be made regarding noise and dust control.

The works consisted of:

• Minor structural alternations and full strip-out back to shell
• Waterproof render system to walls after removal of existing tiling
• Wall and floor tiling
• New suspended ceilings
• Sanitaryware replacement throughout and localised service adaptations
• New lighting throughout
• Design and installation of lockers, cubicles, benches and vanity units
